The key resource persons for this webinar were Ho’nble Vice Chancellor MGKVP, Prof. T.N. Singh, Former Vice Chancellor L N Mithila University, Darbhanga Prof. S K Singh and Ho’nble Vice Chancellor, Lucknow University, Prof. Alok Kumar Rai .
