Workshop on R.I.S.E. REALIZE, IMPROVE, SUSTAIN & EMPOWER
School of Management Sciences Varanasi organized four day personality development workshop R.I.S.E Realize, Improve, Sustain, and Empower for MBA first and third semester students. This event was organized in association with Second Wind Foundry, Raipur Chhattisgarh India. Second Wind Foundry is one among the leading Training providing organizations. SWF design and deliver customized training solutions to organizations from multiple sectors for self sustained behavioural transformation through pragmatic, scientific and psychologically apt learning methodologies. Both Inbound and Outbound assignments (Sessions and workshops) are conducted from 2hrs to 16hrs of duration for reputed Clientele catering across hierarchical levels with a strong follow up, mentoring and coaching plan. Mr. Price Grover, Director of Second Wind Foundry conducted the training. During the Inaugural session of workshop, Prof. P. N. Jha, Director of SMS Varanasi motivated the students for attaining best input from the workshop. Workshop mainly focused on group discussion, interview and visualizing long term goals of life, and also made the students to work upon their communication and aptitude related domains. Several icebreaking games and exercises helped the students to improve their personalities. Workshop started on 02nd September and ended on 05th September, 2019. Event was organized in presence of MBA Coordinator Mr. Kartikey Singh Assistant Professor at School of Management Science Varanasi.
