How to Score More in Your Class 12 Boards?

As the exam dates approach. Students tend to get more nervous and tensed. Their tension directly impacts their behavior and focus. Nobody is born topper. It is purely hard work and dedication over months that fetch those high marks. Scoring high grades are easy if you follow the following tips:   Start early: Start your preparation well ahead. Studying in the eleventh hours will never help in your class 12 boards. The syllabus is huge. One can never finish it well in a hurry. Your full syllabus should be done before 3months left for boards. Utilize the last three months for revision and practice. Stay disciplined: Continuous and religious discipline is the key to success. As it says “ all well that ends well” disciplined life prepared your brain better and helps it to adapt quickly. If you study a subject every day little by little, you are more like to succeed than studying it all in one day. Focus more on your problem areas: Remember, there is no scope of leaving out any portion in the examination hall. The syllabus is so designed that it covers all the chapters. So never do the mistake of ignoring a particular set of chapter. Rather focus more on the portion you find difficult. Seek help from your teachers and friends. Practice makes it perfect. No suggestive learning: Sometimes, if you are lucky, the question gets set according to the portion you studied more. But that is a rare case and not a usual thing. So say no to suggestions. There can be no replacement of thorough knowledge. Learn and revise every chapter well, so that come may what, you will be able to face everything. Practice the numerical(s) more: Focus on the numbers.Numerous variations are possible in case of mathematical question. Practice each variety. If you have graphical questions, practice them more. They seem confusing in the examination hall. Follow a routine: Make a routine and follow it every day. Make a slot for all the subjects in the routine. This way, you will study everything every day. No subject will be neglected. Remember, every subject has equal importance in your overall score. Time management and mock tests: Time management is the most important factor. Knowing all the answers is of no use if you can write them down in the stipulated time. So practice time management. Divide your entire question paper and allocate particular span of time for a particular question. Try to complete the answer in the decided time. It might get little messy in the beginning but eventually, you will be able to write accordingly. Mock tests are a very effective way to develop this habit. It will not only make you confident but will also keep a check on your progress. Presentation: Presentation is an important factor in every aspect of life and the answer copy is no exception. Neat, well-represented copies lay a good appeal to the examiner. While the same answer irritates the invigilator if written in a very dirty manner with difficult to understand handwriting. Make your answer script neat and clean. A Clear concept of sections: Do not mix and match different sections. If you are finding any particular question difficult, leave sufficient space for it. It is always advised not to mix sections as it gets very difficult to check such copies. This might result in marks given. Eat healthy: Proper and good health is important for your brain to work extra hard. Eat nutritious food. It will supply more energy and keep your body calm. You will thereby be able to study for longer hours. Proper sleep: Proper sleep is very important. It relaxes your brain. Helps in memory retention and prepares the brain for the next day. Sleeping 6 hours a day is important. Focused mind: Stay completely focused for the last 3-4 months. Do not engage in any activity but studies. Class 12 boards are not easy, so full concentration is needed.   With proper guidance and determination, one can easily achieve high grades. One needs to stay confident and positive. This fastens the process and helps in overall development.
