Being a doctor or engineer must be solely an individual’s choice and not a measure of their intelligence or educational benchmark. One can shine and prosper in life even without being there. Here are few lesser known career choices one can opt for after pursuing science in class 12: AGRICULTURE SCIENCES-Agricultural science is a subject dealing with the study of the science and management of biological systems for the sustainable production of food and fiber. Biology, chemistry, and mathematics and statistics are studied along with it, with specialization in Agricultural Science, Crop Science etc.Some jobs in this field are Agricultural Engineer, Agricultural Food Scientist.,Agricultural Inspector, Agricultural Manager etc BAMS DOCTOR- Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (A.M.S.) is graduate degree awarded for studying Ayurveda science for 5.5 years. Class 12th Science stream, Biology group students can apply for this course. After completion, one can practice in private or government sectors or per sue MD and research. CAREER IN MERCHANT NAVY- After completing class 12 with physics, chemistry, and mathematics, individuals can pursue the following merchant navy courses: B.Sc. Nautical Science, B.E. Marine Engineering, B.E. Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering, B.E. Petroleum Engineering, B.E. Mechanical Engineering, B.E. Harbour & Ocean Engineering, B.E. Civil Engineering. VETERNARY SCIENCE- After class 12 several courses like Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry(V.Sc & AH) – 5 years, BV. Sc. in Animal Genetics and Breedin g,BV. Sc. in Animal Production & Management,BV. Sc. in Veterinary Surgery & Radiology, BV. Sc. in Veterinary Medicine, Public Health & Hygiene are there. One can per sue these. CAREER IN CIVIL AVIATION AS PILOT- One must pass class 12 with Physics, chemistry, and mathematics with min 50% marks to start a career in Civil aviation.
