The main reasons for getting an management program varies from person to person genuinely. Looking for PGDM admission criteria: As per the government rules PGDM is a 2-year full-time course Approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, and Govt. of India. An applicant should be Graduates in any discipline with at least 50% marks in graduation , is eligible to apply for admission to the PGDM programmes. The selection Procedure Includes Valid Score Card (CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA) At least 50% marks should be in Graduation A Good writing and reading communication skills An Internal on Campus Admission Test (Aptitude Test along with English Assessment) In Last selection is declared after Group Discussion & Personal Interview. What about salary package after PGDM: After completing PGDM salary package depends upon many things like it is not only depends on the doing or completing the course, but it also includes a number of things as Skills. Now a days all industry demands a lot of interaction with people, Client handling capacity where good communication skills plays a vital role in getting handsome salary. After that Knowledge, If you have good knowledge and commands over your subject then you can definitely see yourself at a higher place easily.
