As a Part of corporate lecture series Mr.Ravindra Mishra President HR, Garware Wall Ropes Ltd. Visited SMS, Varanasi on 11th April 2015. During his interaction with MBA 2nd Semester students he primarily focused on effective and SMART goal setting. He advocated on the importance of GOAL in the overall development of the personality. He focused on transition and harmony in Family, Society and Education. During his interaction he focused on following 6 Qs which should be inculcated in individual to excel in personal and professional life:- Intelligence Quotient Motivational Quotient Learning Quotient Experience Quotient Technical / Operational Quotient People Quotient During his deliberation he also focused on the prevailing HR practices in the industry. He was recognizing his exemplary contribution in the area of Human Resource Development. He was honored with the Best Global HR Leader Award at the 22nd World HRD Congress-2014 organized in Mumbai. Earlier DR. Alok Kumar, Associate Professor & Dean-Research and Development welcomed the guest with floral bouquet.
