The 7th International Conference on Spirituality beyond Repertoire: A Leadership Key to Societal Happiness and Sustained Harmony is a cerebral endeavor of School of Management Sciences, Varanasi to bring together notable academicians, researchers and knowledge seekers to explore the esoteric nature of spirituality, exchange their experiences of spiritual happiness and engage in eloquent dialogue on creating and sustaining spiritual harmony at individual and societal level The 7th international conference is a multi-track, interdisciplinary conference that aims at providing a premier interdisciplinary colloquy for educators, practitioners, and researchers to present and pursue their perspectives about the various connotations and applications of spirituality, happiness, and harmony. Here is the list of our distinguished speakers at the conference. Justice Girdhar Malviya, a retired judge of Allahabad High Court and current chancellor of Banaras Hindu University(BHU). Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati is the president and spiritual head of the Parmarth Niketan Ashram, a spiritual institution based in Rishikesh, India. Mahesh Bhatt is an Indian film director, producer, and screenwriter known for his works exclusively in Hindi cinema. A stand-out film from his earlier period is Saaransh, screened at the 14th Moscow International Film Festival. Dr. Swami Parthasarathy is an eminent professor, noted author, orator, educationist, spiritual philosopher and philanthropist, and an eminent personality of management academia in India and abroad. Prof. P.S. Tripathi is M.A. (Eco.), MMS and Ph.D. from BHU, specializes in the field of Entrepreneurship and Finance. He is the recipient of the AICTE Career Award in Management. Dr. Tripathi has contributed extensively in national and international conferences, journals and has convened several national/International seminars and workshops on the contemporary issues in Management. Shuddhaanandaa Brahmachari is a living teacher who had the privilege of being initiated by a great sage of India Thakur Bhajan Brahmachari who ordained him in the order of Brahmacharya at the age of 26. Ever since he has been in the service of Guru and God by traveling around the world for the last three decades touching thousands of seekers of peace through the path of karma yoga. Dr. B. P.
