Mr. Ashok Batra, Vice President HR-GD Foods interacted with SMS Varanasi students
As a part of guest lecture series Mr. Ashok Batra, Vice President HR-GD Foods MFG (I) ltd visited SMS, Varanasi on 9th Sept 2015 to interact with PGDM and MBA 3rd semester students. During his interaction with the students he focused on hard work as the main tool for success. He further said that effective communication and presentation skills are the pillars for success in corporate world and gave tips to the students pertaining to same. He also advocated the importance of good health for attaining pinnacle in life. He primarily focused on the co-ordination of following factors for achieving success:-

He said that hard work and destiny always kick us like football, but actually they send us near our goal. During his deliberation he also shared his own industry experiences with students by quoting his personal experiences while facing variety of corporate challenges. Present on the occasion were Prof. P.N. Jha, Director SMS Varanasi, Prof. Sandeep Singh (Dean Students Welfare), Prof. Alok Kumar (Dean Research and Development), Prof. Rajkumar Singh, Mr.DK Tripathi (GM-Training and Placement) along with other faculty members.
