Webinar on Life after PGDM and MBA
School of Management Sciences, Varanasi, has organized National Webinar on “Life after PGDM and MBA” on June 02, 2020, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. The key resource person for this webinar was Dr. Sanjay Saxena Professor School of Management Sciences Varanasi.
Prof. P. N. Jha Director School of Management Sciences Varanasi warmly welcomed the students and the resource person. Dr. Singh stated that ones students enroll themselves in professional degrees like MBA or PGDM. They are expected to add value to themselves, which will help them when they enter the corporate arena. After joining the job, the majority of the students don’t take their first job seriously; thus curiosity takes birth to strive for a better job, leading to nowhere. Dr Singh stated five basic rule which student should keep in their mind when they leave academic campus and joins their company campus i.e., add value to your degree, change your philosophy meaning develop your passion in the same job which you are doing irrespective of what you feels like, be a creator, become solution giver than problem finder, go beyond your limit while performing your job, and be innovative that how you perform particular task in more efficient manner and with effectiveness.
