Corporate Lecture Series @ SMS Varanasi
Mr. Pawan Gulani, Head Product & Sales at Shubham Housing Development Finance Company visited SMS Varanasi campus to interact with MBA III Semester students.
interaction gave the students an opportunity to understand the challenges they may face during their entry to the corporate world. The session was interactive and Mr. Gulani’s complete focus was on grooming the students in the areas where they are still lacking.
Dr. Sanjay Saxena, Dean Management Sciences, Mr. Kartikeya Singh, Asst Professor, SMS varanasi along with Mr. D.K. Tripathi, GM-Corporate Affairs ; Mr. Devasheesh Mukharjee, were also present in the session.
Corporate Lecture Series @ SMS VaranasiMs Parul Darbari, Regional HR Head of SBI Life Insurance visited the SMS campus to interact with the final year HR students of PGDM and MBA course.
She discussed with the students about the HR skills that are necessary to be imbibed within each of them. She made them aware of the current HR scenario of the organisations with the help of live examples. It was a kind of discussion platform for the students .
