Workshop on Personality Development for the Students of B.Com(H) IV

School of Management Sciences Varanasi, Department of Commerce organized a 6 Days’ Workshop as a Value Addition Program on Personality Development for the Students of B.Com Honours IV Semester from 24.04.2023 to 29.04.2023. During these days of Workshop Professional Trainer from SEG Academy were invited for the event. The Training delivered by Mr. Sandeep Chatterjee, Director, SEG Academy, Varanasi

During the process the students were trained with all the components, techniques and practicalities of related to corporate interviews and placements. The posture gesture and body language and introduction to build personality were taught during first two days. The next two days students were involved in getting trained with all email etiquettes and CV building process. The last two days the students were delivered with factual examples of interviews and overview regarding the context of interview was discussed with the students. The most fascinating thing of the workshop was that the full event was conducted in the form of ACTIVITIES. Activity based training were given up to the students.  The students were assigned with the assignments at day end every day and being evaluated on that basis very next day. The trainer responded to each and every query of the students and explained the thing in a very simple and smooth manner. On the last day a Test was conducted on the whole syllabus of the workshop. The students appreciated the event a lot and gave the valuable feedback to the trainers as well as the institute. On the last day a group photograph were taken with all the students and vote of thanks was delivered to the whole forum by Mr. Suraj Prakash Singh Assistant Professor, Co-Coordinator of B.Com Honours program.
