World Mental Health Day Seminar @ SMS Varanasi
SMS Varanasi took a significant stride towards mental well-being by organizing a seminar on World Mental Health Day, as part of the IQAC initiative, with the theme "Preserving Your Future".
We were honored to have Dr. Venu Gopal Jhanwar, Director & HoD (Psychiatry) at Deva Institute of Health Care & Research Centre, and Prof. Amresh Srivastava, Psychiatrist & Emirates Professor at Western University of London, as our distinguished speakers.
Dr Venu Gopal Jhanwar expressed his happiness, "It is heartening to see institutions like SMS Varanasi taking proactive steps in addressing mental health. Remember, taking care of our mental well-being is as crucial as our physical health. Lets break the stigma and prioritize mental health.
