SMS Varanasi has organized an insightful guest lecture on "How To Utilize Campus Placement" for its MBA Ist Semester students, aimed at equipping them with the tools to make the most of placement opportunities.
The lecture was delivered by Dr. Swarnpreet Singh, Head of HR at Niva Bupa Health Insurance Ltd., who shared valuable tips on acing campus placements, from resume building to interview techniques and networking strategies.
The lecture was followed by a highly engaging Q&A session, where students asked insightful questions on industry expectations, how to stand out during interviews, and the evolving role of soft skills in the corporate world. Dr. Singh practical advice and real-world examples provided students with a clear understanding of how to approach their placement journey with confidence.
