The session was graced by Dr. Rajesh Kumar Jha, Assistant Professor, DAV P.G. College, Varanasi, as the Resource Person. Dr. Jha captivated the audience by shedding light on the evolving challenges of mental well-being in the digital era. He sensitized students about subtle “trigger points” that often go unnoticed — such as:Excessive screen exposure and digital fatigueAbsence of clear goals and personal directionSocial media validation pressureIrregular sleep cycles and time mismanagementLack of mindful engagement with self and surroundingsHe emphasized that nurturing mental health begins with self-awareness, structured habits, and purpose-driven actions.
The thematic overview of the session was presented by Prof. Pallavi Pathak, Coordinator – Behavioral Dynamics Lab, who beautifully connected the theme with real-life reflections. She inspired students to develop emotional resilience, cultivate positive thought patterns, and balance professional ambition with personal harmony.
